We’re starting Hornsey Ales because we want to buy locally sourced, handcrafted, natural beers. Our friends in other cities are spoiled for choice when it comes to microbreweries but there seemed to be nothing for us.
We’re inspired by the craft brewing traditions of American microbrewers like Sierra Nevada, Redhook and Dogfish, as well as traditional British brewers like Hyde and Hook Norton.
